Return, Refund and Exchange Policy
Due to Covid, no returns or exchanges will be accepted at this time. Therefore, it is important that you choose the correct sizes and measurements. If you are not sure or have questions about measuring, please send an email. Refunds will be given if the item has not shipped. After the item has shipped, you can only opt for store credit. Items purchased from a discount or promotional sale are FINAL.
Shipping and Delivery Policy
Please allow 3-5 weeks for your made-to-order item to be completed. Depending on your location, it may take 2-5 business days to be delivered. If you order only an accessory or accessories, your items will be shipped 1-3 business days.
If for any reason that you need to make modifications (change color, size) please email us ASAP after your purchase you have 48 hours to make changes. You can cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase. You can cancel the item from your order by emailing email@example.com. Return and Exchanges are as follows in the policy above.
